I've had this happen too, cause sometimes Ambush OMS locks up and I have to wait until it unlocks before I switch to another game type which isn't OMS but it ends up throwing me up in OMS anyway. Kind of annoying.

I've gotten trapped in the environment on a few levels where I had to commit suicide to get me out. May want to re look on some of the heavily angled terrain underside to make sure clipping is correct.

Actually it isn't that initial kill that locks people into place. Cause as of now I've come to expect to spawn in hostile territory surrounded by peeps for the initial spawn. But as I've said before with Ambushes that have placed the spawn points ...
